Reimagination - Reimagining, exploring and celebrating the changes in infrastructure, politics and culture that will help us live in harmony with each other and the earth now and in the future.
ArcGIS ( Arc - GIS ) shapefiles are the industry standard and work with most all GIS programs including ESRI ArcView, ArcExplorer, ArcGIS, and Maptitude, Mapinfo, Manifold, Mapwindow, Mapguide and many others.
These ArcGIS shapefiles are extracted from CloudMade data, derived from OpenStreetMap and are licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 2.0 license. They are made available here by MapCruzin. If you use these files please make sure you attribute the OpenStreetMap community and MapCruzin by including a link to www.openstreetmap.org and www.mapcruzin.com. If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one. Find out more about Creative Commons licenses.
Please note that OpenStreetMaps is a work in progress. Shapefiles are added to, corrected and modified frequently. As shapefiles are updated, they will be made available here for download.
Besides the free GIS maps, software, tutorials and resources that you find at MapCruzin, we also create custom shapefile map layers and projects. Please contact me if you have a project in mind. Thank You.
